30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are received, no questions asked.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when buying at DiamondCarat.com, which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.
If you would like to request an exchange, instead of a return, please contact us on support@DiamondCarat.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. DiamondCarat will cover the back and $5 shipping fees by regular mail under the following circumstances:
You received the wrong item.
The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email support@DiamondCarat.com and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned with jewelry tag still attached. Tag should not be removed until you are positive that you would like to keep your item. If purchasing a ring, the tag does not impact how the ring fits.
Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors cannot be returned.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address.
Items that are not eligible for shipping fee refunds will not have the Expedited or Express Shipping fee returned to them.
USA Customers who chose Standard shipping for their order will have a $8 shipping fee deducted from their refund;
USA Customers who chose Express shipping for their order will have a $15 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
